Descripción

Magnífico aperitivo para acompañar con una cerveza.

Ingredients

  • 4 aguacates
  • cebolla
  • chiles
  • sal

Instructions

Primero le sacamos la carne a los aguacates, la mejor forma de hacer esto es cortándolos en cuatro partes a la larga, y despues los trituramos con un tenedor o con un triturador de mano. Es mejor hacerlo asi que con una batidora, ya que no debe de quedar una pasta fina, si no mas bien un poco gruesa.

Picamos la cebolla y la añadimos junto a la carne de los aguacates.

El mejor chile es algún chile verde fresco, pero si no tenemos podemos usar chiles de lata, como los jalapeños o los chiles serranos. La cantidad de chile depende del picor de este y del gusto de los comensales.

Añadimos una pizca de sal y mezclamos toda la pasta, hasta que quede todo bien repartido.

Servimos con totopos o "Doritos".
